For TOP-UP or refill your sim cards, we provide OVER-THE-AIR (OTA), anywhere in Republic of Panama.
For business travelers:
It can be ordered, activated and used completely as a WhatsApp number before your arrival in Republic of Panama. A physical sim card will be delivered to you in Republic of Panama. Free delivery in Panama City areas only, a $6.50 fee charge to other locations.
You can order for TOP-UP or refill your sim card anywhere in Panama with your PayPal account.
Remote activation of eSIM prepaid capable phones only. A Panama phone number will be assigned. You can get your phone activated from outside and inside of Republic of Panama. You will have the regular Voice, Text and Data(optional). No physical SIM card will be shipped.
Before making a purchase, please carefully check your unlocked phone to see if it is compatible and eSIM capable. A non-eSIM phone is a hardware issue.
How to know if your phone has an eSIM: Just dial * # 06 # If a 32-digit EID along with IMEI numbers appear on the screen, then your phone is eSIM capable. No EID, No eSIM.
How to activate your eSIM:
We have activation hours. Please allow us some time to contact you or reply to your message if the order was placed after activation hours.
You will need to scan the QR code we send you in order to download the eSIM profile when your phone is connected to the internet.
eSIM will NOT work if:
1. Your phone is not compatible.
2. The phone is blocked (reported lost, stolen or phone issues).
3. The phone is locked to another network.
We shall not be responsible if you are not able to use the service due to having an incompatible, locked or blacklisted phone. No refunds.
